The players in this level range from 9th to 12th grade. The ball handling skills are solid for passing, setting and over-hand serving. The players have good understanding of volleyball strategy both offensively and defensively. Team selections are made with the intent of having all teams equally skilled. The season is concluded with an ALL STAR match to showcase the skills the players learned throughout the season.
